All Elected and Appointed Officials, Bishops, Supervisors,
and Executives MUST REGISTER full Leadership Registration BY January 5, 2012
The
National Leadership registration fee (see registration tiers below)
includes your Meals (Tue-Thurs), conference information, registration
bags; on-site registration packet pickup at the Convention Center
Registration Booth located on the Third Level.
LAST DAY FOR PRE-REGISTRATION IS January 2, 2012 FOR MAIL AND JANUARY 5, 2012 FOR ONLINE. Any registration submitted by mail after January 5, 2012 will not be processed.

Registration fees are payable by cash,
check, credit card, or money order. Check and money orders should be
made payable to Church of God in Christ and mailed with your completed
Registration/Housing form to:

Housing Information:
HOUSING DEPOSIT FEE $129 IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE HOUSING DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED BY THE HOTEL (NOT BY COGIC EXCHANGE) UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis if made
with this form. Rooms made on-line are guaranteed to the hotel of your
choice at the time of booking. All reservation updates must be made
through COGIC Exchange not with the individual hotel on or before
JANUARY 2 by mail and JANUARY 5TH for online. COGIC Exchange will not
be responsible for rooms reserved with the hotel, through travel
agencies or other individuals.
COGIC Exchange will update your profile in ICAS with your
reservation Acknowledgement and Housing Assignments within six weeks of
receiving your completed on-line booking.
Request for specific bed types are not guaranteed and are based on
availability. Handicap Accessible rooms are available upon request on a
first come first serve basis per hotel.

The 104th Holy Convocation of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) is rapidly approaching! Personally, I can’t wait to experience God’s presence with the other masses of Saints who will attend. I believe we are going to have an incredible convocation and I’m anticipating that it’s going to be like “heaven on earth”!
